We are now inviting discussion of a small pilot combining mother-and-child essentials with digital-safety education. An indicative 20–50-family range is for planning only; the location, dates, delivery organization and budget remain unconfirmed.

Start by choosing a possible role: humanitarian statement, technical contribution, resources, a joint education session or local delivery. No signed statement, logo or financial contribution is needed for an initial conversation.

Invitation to institutions

AstroBridge Technology Limited invites charitable organizations, blockchain companies, other institutions and eligible individuals to discuss co-signing a humanitarian statement for the proposed MA Mother Fund.

The company plans to supply 20,000,000 MA for a dedicated public wallet after a future token listing. The allocation and its realized sale proceeds are intended for practical assistance to mothers and children worldwide, regardless of the token’s market value. Funding, legal arrangements, independent oversight and real-world delivery are still being prepared.

Following an initial discussion, one possible form of participation is a voluntary written joint statement supporting this humanitarian purpose, within a scope that your institution can approve. We are not asking for financial contributions, token purchases, listing, fund custody or supervisory duties. Separate roles would require separate agreements.

After participation is agreed: optional statement and publication permissions

1. A signed statement on the institution’s own letterhead, identifying its legal name, approved wording, scope, authorized signatory, title and date. A verifiable electronic signature or the institution’s own approved format is welcome.
2. Express permission to display the institution’s name and, if authorized, the approved logo file and brand-use conditions on the MA Mother Fund page.
3. Permission to publish a redacted public copy of the statement as a PDF or public webpage. The logo will open that institution’s document directly. Private contact details and identity documents should be omitted from the public copy.
4. The authorization start date, expiry or review date, and a contact for verification and withdrawal. A notarized statement may be supplied if appropriate; notarization is optional and is not a substitute for authorization.

We will verify the issuing institution and permission before publication. Neither silence, an invitation receipt nor an informal conversation will be treated as acceptance. For United Nations entities and other institutions with special name/emblem rules, only their expressly permitted form of participation could be considered; no mark will be used without authorization.

The public buyback proposal separately describes a company-supplied 20,000,000 MA matching burn and subsequent annual spending of 4% of eligible audited net profit, divided equally between fund replenishment and buyback for burning. A humanitarian joint statement does not require endorsement of those token arrangements.
