MA Mothers Care
Practical care for mothers and children.
Digital safety for everyday life.
Start small. Make the help measurable.
AstroBridge Technology Limited, an early-stage Hong Kong software company developing MA, proposes a limited pilot combining practical family assistance with a digital-safety education session. We invite charities, blockchain and payments companies, exchanges and other organizations to discuss one clearly defined role.
The location, dates, execution partner, budget and resources are not yet confirmed. This is an invitation to explore feasibility, not an announcement of a funded or operating aid program. No public donations or beneficiary applications are being accepted here.
The first activity, proposed for discussion
| Who | An indicative 20–50 families facing hardship, with needs and eligibility determined by a qualified local organization. This is a planning range, not a confirmed beneficiary count. |
|---|---|
| Where and when | One suitable locality, to be selected with an execution partner. No country, venue or launch date is committed. |
| Practical assistance | One documented distribution of suitable mother-and-child essentials, shaped by local needs and an approved, funded budget. |
| Digital safety | One accessible session covering phone/account security, scam awareness and safe use of digital payments. No investment promotion or token-sales presentation. |
| Evidence | A reconciled expenditure record, aggregate delivery counts, anonymous feedback and a jointly reviewed public results report. |
Participation in aid will never require buying or holding MA, downloading our app, opening a wallet or agreeing to publicity. An offline route should be available. Identifying details about families will not be placed on a public blockchain.
Choose a role that fits your organization
No financial contribution or alliance membership is required to explore participation. A proposed role is subject to your policies, eligibility review and available capacity.
| Humanitarian statement | Discuss a short statement supporting this activity's humanitarian purpose, using wording your organization approves. |
|---|---|
| Technical contribution | Consider a speaker, a digital-safety session, a limited technical consultation or appropriate tools. The exact contribution and limits would be agreed first. |
| Resources or volunteers | Explore optional in-kind tools, services, supplies or staff time. No contribution is assumed or requested as a condition of a first conversation. |
| Joint education activity | Help shape or deliver one workshop, with a defined audience, responsibilities and approved materials. |
| Local delivery | A qualified nonprofit may assess suitability, shape the activity and discuss beneficiary selection, safe distribution and evidence requirements under a separate agreement. |
AstroBridge proposes to coordinate the activity, prepare reporting tools and arrange only resources it can actually commit. An execution partner would determine appropriate local practice. Each institution controls whether it participates and what responsibilities it accepts.
A conversation first. A clear agreement next.
- Discuss fit: choose a possible role and share eligibility requirements. No certificate, signature or logo is needed for this first step.
- Define the pilot: identify a delivery organization, location, safeguarding approach, confirmed resources and itemized budget.
- Confirm participation: agree scope, responsibilities, timing, reporting and any authorized name/logo use. More substantial work requires an appropriate separate agreement.
- Deliver and report: proceed only after funding and execution requirements are met; publish verified results and reconcile spending.
If funding or delivery conditions cannot be met, the activity will be deferred or cancelled before aid commitments are made. Participants will be informed; the public status will stay accurate.
Recognition tied to actual participation
With explicit written permission, an institution can be identified by its agreed role on our professional and classic website experiences and the dedicated activity page. A technical contributor, statement supporter and delivery organization will not be presented as having the same responsibilities.
Any logo will link to the approved public statement or participation record and, when available, verified activity results. Permission must specify the wording, pages, approved asset, period and withdrawal contact. Private agreements or correspondence will not be published without permission. Optional statement templates are available; notarization is not an entry requirement.
No invited organization is currently presented as an approved participant. Ordinary use of a provider's service does not make that provider a co-organizer or technical sponsor.
Funding context, openly disclosed
This activity sits within the proposed MA Mother Fund, which is associated with the MA cryptocurrency. The company plans a 20,000,000 MA allocation to a dedicated public wallet after a future token listing. That allocation is not a verified funded balance, and no cash value or liquidity is guaranteed. The pilot's budget must be covered by resources actually available before delivery; a token pledge will not be counted as cash in hand.
Our separate buyback proposal describes an additional company-funded 20,000,000 MA matching burn after the initial fund allocation is fully sold and reconciled, followed by 4% of eligible audited annual net profit after tax and recovery of prior losses: 2% for fund replenishment and 2% for buyback and burn. Participation in this pilot does not require endorsement of the token, these policies, investment returns or a listing.
Legal structure, independent oversight and delivery arrangements remain in preparation. No charitable registration, appointed supervisor or completed assistance is claimed.

Please tell us which role may fit your organization, any eligibility conditions, and the right colleague to contact. We welcome a smaller or differently structured activity if that better serves families.
